Privacy Policy

SynthID Pass is a website about the SynthID watermark and a tool that is still in development. This page says what data the website handles today. When the tool opens, this policy will be updated before it does.

Files you select

The drop zones on our website do not upload anything. If you pick or drop a file, the browser hands it to a script that reads only its media type and file extension, then discards it. The file content is never read, stored or sent anywhere.

Analytics

On your first visit we ask whether we may measure how the site is used. Nothing is loaded until you accept. If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads and may run Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They receive pages viewed, clicks on early-access buttons, and for file picks the media type (image, video or audio) and file extension. You can change your choice at any time with "Analytics preferences" in the footer.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key synthidpass-analytics.

Hosting

The website is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver pages and protect the service, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

• We do not run accounts, so we hold no names, emails or passwords.
• We do not sell or share personal data.
• We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at contact@synthidpass.com. Because the site keeps no accounts, analytics data is the only personal data that may exist, and it is held by the analytics providers named above.
